POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The hard work behind the scenes is officially paying off…
Over the past few weeks, many of the skill set athletes have been shattering their personal records (PRs)…
Milestones obtained by trusting their reps, mastering some additional techniques and putting in the dirty hours of practice, to help push past their previous numbers…
Congrats to all the athletes who set new PRs this week!!!#ssettraining #byc #happysmashing

Exciting week at the B.Y.C. - several personal bests obtained - intent to win - intent to work - intent to better “their own swings” #ssettraining #happysmashing #byc #thecompound

Can it get better when a client sends you video of a hitting session with their own critiques? Mia Impastato not only videos herself - she edits it with comments then wants feedback from a second set of eyes… best gig in the world I have!!!#happysmashingyall #ssettraining
