I can’t tell you how many times I’ve thought about giving up on @socialandstaple - but let me tell you it’s been a lot in the past 6 years. Scaling a business isn’t a straight line, it’s a lot of ‘what am I even doing?’ ‘Am I even good enough to do this?!’ followed by ‘okay, let’s try one more time.’ We’ve grown from a solo hustle to a team of 8, soon to be 10 (eek!!) The goal now is to be the best in Australia, and the only reason that’s even a conversation is because of the people standing behind me. Their ongoing commitment to this brand and the impact we are trying to make, makes me so proud. I love nothing more than building a brand built on integrity and not greed. Forever grateful for everyone past and present - who has showed up for SS, you’ve truly made my dream come true and we wouldn’t be here without you. Turning up to work, doing what I love, with the best in the industry? How lucky am I.
