And you may presume I would include a #WalkingToWork post in Part 3 of my #WalkingWednesday series? But of course! Check out our new @worldinsuranceassociates #NYC Office at 1700 Broadway, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10019. While this may not be new to many of my NYC World colleagues - it may be new to others. We moved into this spacious office space at 1700 Broadway (between West 53rd & 54th Street) back in the summer this year. It is an incredible space and I am thrilled to share how professional our New York City headquarters looks. I have even had new prospective clients come to our office for meetings. These photos were from a few days ago and I had walked to my office for some virtual Teams meetings. I then walked 7 blocks and 3 Avenues to 60th Street & Madison Avenue to have a business lunch meeting with Sotheby's International Realty real estate broker, @nikkibeauchamp, at @avraestiatorio At our lunch meeting, Nikki and I discussed many topics - collaboration, team and business development strategies, the New York City real estate and insurance market, and more. I also thanked Nikki for her trust in me in helping her local and international real estate clients in insuring their investments here in the city. Nikki is experienced in the New York City real estate market and her work ethic and her service to her clients is extraordinary. Side note: Nikki also happens to be a friend of mine from high-school so we go way back. We are @lagalumniandfriends. So where do you think I will be walking to next week? Or will you be the next person that comes walking into my NYC office for a meeting? @mla.insurance @worldinsuranceassociates #ClientMeetings #RealEstate #Insurance #AlwaysontheGo #ClientAdvisor #NewYorkCity #nycrestaurants #Networking #nycre #walking #newyorkcityoffice #midtown #manhattan #lifeofabroker #worldinsurance #ivegotyoucovered #latergram #womeninbusiness #womenininsurance #womenempowerment

🥮Wishing you a Happy and Bright Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. May your future be as bright as the moon! 🌝 🎑祝大家中秋佳節快樂! 花好月圓! 人月兩團圓!🎑 For those who may not know, here are some fun facts on the origin of the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival has a history of more than 3,000 years and derived from Chinese Emperors worshipping the harvest moon during the Zhou Dynasty (1045 - 221 BC) where they believed that the practice would bring them a plentiful harvest for the following year. There was the custom of putting out offerings to the moon goddess. Worshipping the moon became even more popular in the Tang Dynasty, especially amongst those in the upper class - where they would have big parties with different kinds of lanterns, music and dances while gazing at the full moon. The Festival's popularity expanded to all different classes of people from one dynasty to the next. During this Festival, there is the custom of eating moon cakes and bringing out different types of lanterns while admiring the moon and its brightness. The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival's cultural significance is second only to Chinese New Year. The most popular of stories during this Festival is the story of Change Er (Chinese Moon Goddess) and Hou Yi (an Archer and Chang Er's husband). There are also other popular stories of the Jade Rabbit which is why you see a lot of rabbits during the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. Have a Happy Mid-Autumn Moon Festival! 中秋節快樂! On top of the Rock of Monaco 🇲🇨 (Rocher de Monaco) which is a 62 metre tall promontory overlooking the Mediterranean, the Monte-Carlo port and the oldest part of Monaco. It is where the old town is located. I mean what incredible views! Our seafood lunch at a restaurant in 📍Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre La Spezia Italy 🇮🇹 Of course I had to order a #limoncellospritz🍋 cocktail for my aunt and I. You don't go to Italy without trying #limoncello. Our tour guide, a college lady from Livorno, told us that Cinque Terre is of course known for its seafood (mussels, anchovies, sardines, calamari), but also known for its pesto and focaccia bread. We had an excellent lunch there! Yum 😋 . . . . . . #eurotrip #familytrip #歐洲旅遊 #europeantrip #5terre #riomaggiore #fishingvillage #fbf #italytravel #italia #cinqueterreitaly #nomnom #italiancuisine #seafoodlovers #cinqueterrerestaurant #instafood #foodies #foodstagram #visitcinqueterre #miabagstyle #fendi #fendipeekaboo #italy #italyvacation #traveling #travelgram #wanderlust #latergram

The beauty of 📍 Vernazza, Cinque Terre, La Spezia, Italy - even on a slightly cloudy and rainy day. The good thing is that the rain stopped and even the sun peaked out for a bit. So great that I had the chance to visit there on my Euro Trip! Happy #StyleSunday 🖤👻 Bringing my @delvaux Tempête noir to the great pumpkin patch 🎃🎃🎃 at @mapleleaffarmsnj in Manalapan, NJ. This farm & nursery is just huge and we love coming here each year to get Halloween decorations and pumpkins. Doesn't my Tempête look great amongst the pumpkins and hay stacks? 😆 I love seeing all the gorgeous fall foliage as well. The weather was perfect - just look at that blue sky without a cloud in sight! This year, I picked out a 30-pound pumpkin for carving! What do you think I'll carve on my pumpkin? Stay tuned to find out. #pumpkinpatch #thegreatpumpkin #pumpkinpicking #Miabagstyle #blackandwhite #pumpkins #delvaux #delvauxtempete #delvauxsavoirfaire #MadeinBrussels #Madein1829 #pumpkinseason #manalapannj #mapleleaffarms #halloweenready #halloween2024 #pumpkincarving #autumnvibes🍁 #fallfoliage #Latergram
