When God opens doors, you step through in faith ✝️ @onedasingh and I had the privilege of hosting our first Christian women’s event, and it exceeded everything we prayed and hoped for 🙏 It was a day of powerful worship, prayer, fellowship with sisters in Christ, and encountering the presence of the Lord. We reflected on the theme of the wilderness—seasons when we feel lost, uncertain of our purpose, or tempted to find our identity in the things of this world—and explored how God’s Word guides and empowers us through them 🌿 Thank you to the amazing speakers, volunteers, and faith-based businesses who helped bring this event to life ✨ And to every woman who attended: thank you for showing up with open hearts, sharing in community, and making the day so special. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and can’t wait to see what God does next 🤍

On May 30th, Vanessa and I co-hosted our very first event, and I’m still in awe of what God did in that room. Last fall, God placed a vision on my heart to gather the women of Boston. For months, I wrestled with it. I questioned it. I convinced myself it was too much and not for me. But God made it clear that it was time to reach the women of Boston and that’s when I knew I couldn’t do it alone and Vanessa and I got to work!!! He began opening doors in ways we never could have orchestrated. Planning was smooth and every step reminded me what it looks like when God provides clarity through obedience. We met so many incredible women and business owners who supported the vision. Friends selflessly volunteered their time to make the day possible. We prayed for speakers and panelists, and God handpicked the most amazing women to partner with us. Then event day arrived and here’s a little recap: ✨ Vanessa and I opened with our testimony & a Bible study on identity through the story of Mary and Martha ✨ Every attendee received a goodie bag filled with gifts and a Bible studies from Alabaster ✨ We gave away three incredible raffle prizes
✨ Shariah was our second speaker and brought such wisdom and encouragement during her talk on direction and hearing God’s voice.
✨ Sarah’s talk moved people to tears as she spoke on development, perseverance in the wilderness, and pointed hearts back to Jesus.
✨ Our panel gave attendees the opportunity to ask questions and be poured into by incredible women of faith.
✨ Six amazing local businesses joined us as vendors—from handmade pouches, crochet, coffee/matcha, baked goods, clothing, and fresh juices. ✨ We started and ended the day in worship, and Angie led us beautifully. ✨ We watched strangers become community If there’s one thing I walked away with, it’s this: God is faithful. He can take a simple “yes” and do far more with it than we could ever imagine. Already excited to see what He does next. 🤍

I absolutely loved the banter between aiden and lucie, they are both such loveable characters. the ending - so cute, literally couldn’t keep myself from smiling so hard while I was reading this in a cafe. the little transcripts in between were so fun and added the perfect touch.
