As a coach I would say keep stacking days. Enjoy the journey both the highs and have peace with the lows. We in this together.

As a mentor / brother I would say I’m proud of you boy. Keep showing up for you. It’s already written 🏀

S/O to my brother @owe_training5 for the edit

All guards should be able to get in the paint and play off two.

A specific detail we worked on was playing off two while getting into a fadeaway jumpshot. An analogy I like to use is imagine the floor has springs underneath. Once you hit the floor you “spring” up.

The same principle applies when playing off two into a hop fade. Use your momentum from the ground up to get into your shot.

3 MUST-HAVE Moves You Need in the Pick & Roll 📖🔥

Snake Dribble 🐍
When the on-ball defender fights over the screen and the big is in drop — snake it, slow it down, and control the tempo.

Split the Screen ✂️
If the defense shows too high on the hedge, keep it tight and split it fast before they recover. Read it early, act quicker.

Bounce Out Hip Attack 🚨
When the defense ices the screen and forces you sideline, bounce out, keep your dribble alive, and attack the outside hip.

Don’t just run the PNR — MASTER it.
Footwork, pace, and reads separate hoopers from playmakers.
