Oh what a year it has been! ✨ This is what I get for procrastinating and not sharing anything for a year 😅
So this is part 1 of 3 - we kick it off with Christmas last year then enjoy some warmth in Abu Dhabi and Goa, celebrate weddings, birthdays, 17. mai and bachelor parties 🥳 🤩

Mia and Akshay’s real-life love story reportedly began in the most unexpected of places—a flight. What started as a simple conversation between two strangers thousands of feet in the air soon blossomed into a connection that neither of them could have predicted. As the journey continued, so did their bond, growing stronger with every shared laugh and heartfelt exchange.

Despite coming from different cultural backgrounds—Mia from Norway 🇳🇴 and Akshay from India 🇮🇳—the couple embraced their differences with open hearts. They navigated the challenges of an intercultural relationship with patience, understanding, and deep respect for one another’s traditions.

Mia is a smart and accomplished businesswoman who studied at the University of Essex and Hult International Business School. She is now the CEO and Co-Founder of YouSustain, a company dedicated to sustainability and conscious innovation. Akshay, who hails from Kolkata, India, shares her passion for business and global thinking. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Global Business and currently works as an Operations Specialist at Elkjøp Nordic in Norway. Their shared drive, ambition, and mutual respect have strengthened not only their relationship but also their individual pursuits.

In November 2022, their love story reached a beautiful milestone when they tied the knot, celebrating with not one but two weddings rich in culture and symbolism. One of their ceremonies took place on the sun-kissed beaches of Goa, surrounded by family, friends, music, and vibrant colors—a perfect blend of Norwegian simplicity and Indian festivity.

A few snippets from the past couple of months: turned 30 with all the bestest people, welcomed some amazing NYC friends to Norway, went hiking and explored Geiranger and Ålesund. All around good vibes 👌🏾✨
