Reflecting on the 2026 ANATOMY GAMES this past weekend, I am filled with gratitude and admiration for the incredible spirit displayed by each participating location. The dedication and effort put forth were nothing short of inspiring, making it a day filled w/ life lessons and shared experiences.

The most profound takeaway for me was the immense power of unity and TEAMWORK. Witnessing what we can achieve when we come TOGETHER is truly uplifting. As a spectator, I left the event feeling invigorated and ready to embrace the upcoming fall season with great enthusiasm.

Thank you, TEAM, for the inspiration and for reminding us all of the incredible potential that lies within our collective efforts!

26.2 solo marathon then + 100 yard sprint 3 hours later with my TEAM.

I said let’s have a day…..and we definitely did. 🤘🏼⚡️

This wasn’t part of my training plan for New York City Marathon but it was needed for me. Some people will understand that and others won’t and that’s ok.
I needed to mentally know that I could do this for 3 + hours without stopping.
Today I accomplished that goal and I’m proud of that not only because I finished, but because I’ve put in the work to get my Achilles stronger and will continue to do so. I’m grateful for my TEAM that has helped me get to where I am and continues to help me each week.

As for the @anatomy games where the coaches compete against eachother across all anatomy clubs, I’m inspired.
We cheered for our TEAM and for our TEAMMATES on other teams. It was such a special day and I’m grateful I was able to compete with such badass humans.

Some questioned whether I’d be able to sprint post marathon but I never counted myself out and that’s the lesson. Never count yourself no matter what doubt creeps in. You can do hard things. Never forget it. ⚡️

I think it’s time to lay in some Normatec boots and celebrate with some pizza 🍕🤪!!

Strength is easy to measure. Movement is harder to understand.

Most people think a strength coach’s job is to make someone stronger.

Strength is part of it.

But the real job is understanding how muscles influence bones, how joints are designed to move, and how the body transfers force through one integrated system.

When we create stability where stability is required and restore mobility where mobility is intended, movement becomes more efficient. Performance improves. Force transfers more effectively. The body does what it was designed to do.

That’s why I’m rarely interested in chasing symptoms.

“My back is tight.”
“My hamstrings are tight.”
“My shoulders always hurt.”

Those are often signals—not the problem itself.

The symptom is rarely the diagnosis.

As movement professionals, our responsibility is to ask a better question:

Why is the body solving the problem this way?

The deeper you study anatomy, biomechanics, and human movement, the more you realize coaching becomes less about memorizing exercises and more about solving puzzles.

That’s where science becomes art.

Anyone can write a workout.

A great coach understands why an exercise belongs to that person, when it belongs, and what adaptation they’re trying to create.

Knowledge gives you information.

Application creates transformation.

Study the body. Respect the system. Coach the person—not just the symptom.

Today I celebrated 2 years as a Body Architect at Anatomy Midtown.

This is an incredibly special milestone for me. This place has provided me with such an immense amount of growth that I am unable to articulate in a short message.

To be brief, I am so proud of the person that Anatomy has allowed me to become. I never knew what I was capable of, until I took a chance on my life and moved back to Miami with $3,000 in a savings account.

This career has pushed me personally and professionally, but most importantly has helped me reignite my faith.

A special shoutout to all my mentors and coaches that have given me a platform to dream and to be my most authentic self. I love my job more than anything in the world and cannot wait to continue to serve others in the very near future. ❤️

We talked about how understanding forces and how they act on the body helps prevent issues before they turn into pain. Good coaching isn’t reactive — it anticipates where stress is building and adjusts early.

Progression isn’t something you earn by following a template. It’s earned by showing control, awareness, and ownership of movement. When that’s present, progress actually happens faster.

High-level athletes are great compensators. They can make things look good while quietly shifting load to the wrong places. That’s why you have to look past what’s visible, listen to feedback, and focus on what truly matters — not what feeds our ego as coaches.

Training should be honest, sustainable, and intentional. Everything else is noise.

I could have never survived 2025 without these humans. If I’ve never said it, I’ll say it now — thank you. Thank you for being the lights at the end of every tunnel. Thank you for showing up every single time. Thank you for dealing with my intolerable lack of patience and showing me grace, even when I don’t deserve it.

I don’t ask God for more strength in 2026. Instead, I pray that He continues to remove people, things, and situations from my life that do not serve me. I pray He continues to bless me with beautiful friendships that nurture my softness and bring me peace.

My Christmas wish is that each one of you watching this gets to experience true, pure loves like these.

I’ve been in Miami a little over a year now, and the growth I’ve experienced mentally and physically has been unreal. It’s proof that you can truly do whatever you put your mind to.

Hard work overcomes everything: no shortcuts, no excuses. Along the way I’ve been surrounded by incredible individuals who push me and motivate me to be my absolute best every single day, and I’m grateful for that.

Next up: the Honolulu Marathon on December 14th 🏃🏾‍♂️🌺 and I couldn’t be more excited for the challenge ahead.
