I’m at the federal reserve building today taking requests 😆

The Market Doesn’t Stop. It Shifts!

All eyes are on the Federal Reserve as we approach the end of 2026.

With inflation remaining a concern, interest rates elevated, and the possibility of additional rate increases, the real estate market continues to adjust.

But here’s what I’ve learned after years in real estate: The market doesn’t stop. It shifts.

Buyers are becoming more selective. Sellers are having to be more realistic with pricing. And opportunities are emerging for those who understand the market rather than react to the headlines.

So what can we expect moving into 2027?

A market where strategic pricing, negotiation, property value, and timing matter more than ever.

Higher interest rates don’t eliminate opportunities. They change how deals get done.

I’ve worked through the 2008 financial crisis, the pandemic, and multiple market cycles. One thing remains consistent: Real estate rewards those who recognize opportunity when others see uncertainty. READ THAT AGAIN!

Don’t wait for the headlines to tell you when it’s time to make a move. Understand the numbers, study your market, and make informed decisions.

An inspiring afternoon of dialogue and international collaboration at the @worldtradecentermiami and @miami_chamber It was a privilege to join fellow leaders and colleagues from the @camacolusa and @gableschamber for a conversation with Mexico’s Ambassador to the United States, Roberto Lazzeri Montaño, alongside Consul General Rutilio Escandón and Consuls Hebert Mejía Cuevas and Eliel Campuzano representatives of @consulmexmia

Representing both @contactlinkllc and our networking organizations, I’m always reminded that meaningful business relationships are built through trust, presence, and genuine connections.

At ContactLink, we help businesses strengthen their visibility and relationships within the communities they serve, creating opportunities for long-term growth and collaboration.

Grateful for the opportunity to engage, learn, and continue building bridges between our local and international business communities. 🌎🇺🇸🇲🇽

The ‘Sand in My Shoes’ Award given annually by the Greater Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce is one of the highest honors an individual can receive. I was proud to be in the room, with close to a thousand other professionals, as this year’s recipient, Cesar Alvarez, received his well-deserved recognition. I’ve known Cesar for many years having started my legal career at the law firm he helped build into the juggernaut it is today, Greenberg Traurig. Congratulations Cesar! I, along with so many, are proud to have the privilege of knowing you! @miami_chamber

🌴☀️ Walks with Nelly | History, Nostalgia & Meaningful Connections…

Only in Miami! A nearly century-old building on Lenox Avenue, (I’m obsessed with historical landmarks), the iconic Goodyear Blimp overhead, and an unexpected reunion with Dia, a wonderful Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce member and fellow Leadership Miami alumna! 💚

A beautiful reminder that while buildings preserve our history, it’s the genuine relationships we nurture over time that make our community truly special. ✨

Curious about joining the Chamber? DM me! I’d love to connect with you!

👏 Congratulations to Cesar L. Alvarez on receiving the @miami_chamber Sand in My Shoes®️ Award, Miami’s highest honor for community leadership.

Cesar came to Miami from Cuba as a teenager and helped build Greenberg Traurig into a global firm, putting our city on the world stage. Through United Way, Frost Science, Miami Dade College and so much more, he has helped build institutions that will serve our community for generations.

One chapter of his story is especially close to my heart. Cesar was the attorney who guided the purchase of Radio Mambí, along with the talent who made it the voice of so many in our community. That station holds a special place in my life, and Cesar helped make its story possible.

Congratulations, Cesar. Miami is better because you chose to call it home.
