Some old footage that I forgot I had😮!

Here is an amazing group of students that I had a chance to work with in the past. As a teacher I always thank God for the opportunity to be part of the growth of some of the amazing dancers in the Vancouver scene. Although I don't dance as much as I used to, I can always reflect on the many lessons, people, places, experiences and blessings that dance has brought to me. Thank you to everyone that has danced with me ❤️.

WE’RE BACK with Vol 2 of The Legacy Project by Style & Grace! A 12-week progressive designed to empower, uplift, and connect with female dancers in our community 💫

This progressive will focus on connection, empowerment, and mentorship through focused training in hip hop foundations, femininity, movement quality, performance, and confidence. Each week will focus on a specific theme, highlighting our strengths and versatility as female dancers. Along with progressive training, you’ll experience small-group coaching and the opportunity to perform in both a live showcase and a video project.

More than just dance, The Legacy Project is about celebrating women and inspiring the next generation!

📅 October 3 – December 19, 2025 ⏰ Fridays, 7:00–9:15 PM 📍 Studio North Vancouver (7426 Hedley Ave, Burnaby, BC)
