Last night on the first Tuesday in May, I was lucky enough to attend the Benegala! A celebration of 50 years of Benefit Cosmetics and 10 years of the brand maintaining its place as the number one brow brand worldwide. I have used @benefitanz brow products for YEARS due to my zealous over plucking of the ol’ brows back in the day, so being on the pink carpet in Sydney was epic! Of course, the theme was “Beauty is Art”, and my outfit needed to be on point. The frock was made by one of Australia’s most awarded wearable artists - @bethanycordwell.creative , with a Picasso-inspired custom head piece from @somewhere_here_now . Guests included some of Australia’s top makeup creators and after we ascended the pink staircase, we took in an exhibition of Benefit’s brow products through the years before hitting the reception for drinks, canapes, dancing and of course, brow makeovers. Best of all, there’s a new Benefit brow product to add to my disturbingly large collection: Dream Sheen Brow Glaze. Thanks for having me Benebabes! AND THAT’S A WRAP!!! 🎬 After almost 9 years with Benefit and 11.5 years with the LVMH group it is finally time to hang up the pink outfits!! I am so grateful to have had so many incredible opportunities, to have traveled the world and to have made memories that will last a lifetime but most importantly, friendships that will outlast it all! What a WILD ride it has been!! 💗💗
