Mia has been growing her hair for the last three years because she let her friend give her a wolf cut…

Finally, she decided she wanted some shape and I was here for it!!

We used a razor to create a lived in feel without any blunt lines and give her a wispy fringe frame

It’s time to say thank you to some of our wonderful coaches for 2019. @lucyycaitlin @miapolese_ for coaching over 💯 biathletes leading into the 2019 School Junior Series

Learning is good for the brain. Remember as a kid learning to ride a bike how mentally and emotionally challenging it was (for some of us)? Well I hadn’t ever ridden a motorised scooter before and yes it looks easy and it is easy but stepping on to and realising I hadn’t done it before really got my heart racing and mind focussed. (Particularly as I also had my child on the back so there was a bit at risk!). I often talk to coaching clients about how we learn and how to improve in something we do. So I followed the advice I give to others.
Combining learning with having fun is a bonus. I had a blast and loved the afternoon. The wind across my face and body, the movement of the body on the scooter, being so close to the natural environment and the exhilaration of going 50kmh along winding roads with little traffic.
