NYC HYROX 🗽
First Women’s Doubles Race

From the start, I knew this one would be special.

Getting to take on this race alongside a fellow coach & coworker made it an unreal experience.
@mjmullin35 you’re a beast 💪🏼

A little mix-up at the end led to a penalty…
(counting isn’t always my strength — ironic, I teach gym 😅)

But honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing.

I soaked in every moment —
stepping into each station and giving it my full attention,
running along the edge of the pier with the water in view, finding a sense of calm in the chaos,

and that security guard who cheered us on every lap — the kind of energy you don’t forget.

Dialing into the music, the announcer, the atmosphere — it grounded me and brought me right back to my why.

The finish time isn’t everything.
And I know this is still just the beginning.

This summer = speed, strength, fine-tuning the details, & FUN workouts!

Grateful for the support on the sidelines
who showed up loud and proud ❤️
