Truly had the best time in Oregon. Spending time in nature with my 2nd family who has shown me nothing but love & kindness, tapping into my child self by playing with such fun & imaginative kiddos, experiencing stillness in a serene lake, expanding my mind amongst old & tall redwood trees, visiting a fall-themed farmer’s market 🎃🌲❤️🍂 — All of these moments have been so memorable.

Spending time with kids will help remind you that every moment is new and deserves full presence and curiosity!

It’s undoubtedly been a rough year for me regarding my health, so this was the first time in a year that I’ve been able have this much fun. I am learning that life will always come with some obstacles and disruption, but sometimes we may need those things in order to deepen our gratitude and willingness to find joy EVEN IN difficult times. I am so grateful for such a fun & wonderful week and beautiful time spent with Sheelah, Eric, the kids, & Mia 😊💛

come learn how to be kinder to yourself in dance class with me and @miasklena 🫶🏽 doing this combo one more time next week ✨ and yes we will discuss how thinness is not currency at dance practice and the size of your body doesn’t make you more or less worthy of taking up space or trying ballet 🩰
