Fashion Tuesday with Shawntel Grant. It’s National Lipstick day. What’s the best lipstick to wear? What should I look for in a lipstick? #lipstick#nordstromxbeauty#nordstrom#wearwhatu❤️#nsaleemployee

When @kendrascott team reached out to me to help celebrate the launch of their new citrus items, I knew @lemons_2_lemonade had to be involved.

The opportunity came with a chance to shop, sip and give back and we did just that. I was even able to refer @chefbotanique and @cakemydaynashville to cater savory and sweet treats.

I knew I wanted to support the @ahatennessee as my mom was on my heart. 💚 Heart disease is the number one killer of women and Black and Latina women are affected at a higher rate.

Thank you to everyone who came out and who also bought some items. 💛

Phones out 🤳🏽 it's time to connect 🍋

From meeting new people, gaining new clients and reconnecting with our gals, we had a time at last week's sip and scent at @urbancowboy_nashville with @diptyque.

Can't wait to do it again next week 💛

Link in the bio to RSVP for our next event.

Welcome In Your New

Hey Glams ✨

✨Glam Chat: Do you desire to meet new people and to build community?

At 32, I have an immense desire and hunger for quality and authentic relationships, friendships, partnerships and community.

So many of my solid connections were upended over the last 2-3 years. I’ve changed so much and experienced so many of life’s complexities during this period.

I was invited to Wine and Women, an event/ movement, started by @theemicahb . Her mission is to create fun, safe spaces for women to connect and find sisterhood.

There were no agendas, ulterior motives, hidden expectations nor competition, just laughs and wine. (I had a tasty mocktail)

Be open to your new. Welcome in your new.

I made the choice to take a chance and meet new people and I had a blast. We had great conversation!

It made me realize how much I need strong, healthy connections as I enter the new year.

I don’t know about ya’ll but making friends and building new relationships has been quite daunting.

So much of my prayer over the last year has been about God sending me good people who will love me properly. On the flip side, I’m also praying that God helps me to receive the love once he sends it.

Do ya’ll feel the same way? Do you have you go to friend group or has making friends and/or romantic relationships been difficult?
