CHICAGO MARATHON 2026

Over the summer in prep for this race, I learned a lot about change. How your goals change, your definition of success changes, how life can change, and even how your motivations during a race can change.

At mile 16 I was hurting and realized my goal was slipping away, and the thing that kept me pushing toward the finish line wasn’t a time or placement goal. It was knowing that Mica would be there waiting for me.

Of all the things that changed over this summer, Mica was a constant. Her support, her love, and her smile. And I can say for certain that I wouldn’t have made it to the start line without her.

Now it’s her turn to race at the NYC Marathon, and I’m excited to return the support. Love you babes

2 million spectators. 55,000 runners. 29 neighbors. 26.2 miles. Moments that last a lifetime. The best marathon in the world in the best city in the world. Thanks for everything @chimarathon 🫶🏽❤️

I got 1,2,3,4 reasons to flip 🫪

highlight reel of many wonderful moments shooting with the woods whilst in Lima, Peru.

Probably the most stressful race morning (working and actually racing) ever lol. But we made due. 🚳

Back shooting tomorrow whilst Adam races his first world major - Chicago.

See y'all on the roads 👐

I had the incredible opportunity to help lead the Bank of America “Sports with Us” clinic! We brought kids together from all across Chicago to learn new sports skills and build better money habits. 🏆💰

A massive thank you to @bankofamerica, @chimarathon, and @emilysuarezrunning, along with our dream coaching staff: @micariverawood, @deenakastor, @jozyatlidore, and arizz_44!

Sports truly have the power to transform lives and change the world. 🌍✨

I love Saturday mornings with this crew. @micariverawood was extra strong today doing 23 on her own.
