Nothing beautiful asks for attention.

Some places are more than just destinations—they’re reminders to slow down, reconnect, and recharge.

It was an honor to be part of the relaunch of Bacau Bay, Coron, a place where nature, tranquility, and hospitality come together to create an experience that nourishes mind, body and spirit.

In a world that celebrates being busy, Bacau Bay reminds us that wellness is also about stillness. It’s watching the sunrise in silence, moving your body in nature, sharing meaningful conversations, and allowing yourself the time to simply breathe.

As someone passionate about health, longevity, and mindful living, this trip reinforced something I truly believe: the greatest luxury isn’t excess—it’s balance. When we care for our physical health, protect our mental well-being, and reconnect with nature, we give ourselves the opportunity to live not just longer, but better.

Congratulations to the entire Bacau Bay & Araw Hospitality Group on this exciting new chapter. Thank you for creating a sanctuary where every guest can pause, reset, and rediscover what truly matters.

Here’s to new beginnings, unforgettable experiences, and a healthier way to travel.

Bacau (pronounced ba-kao) comes from the Cuyonon and Tagalog word bakawan, which means mangrove. Bacau Bay refers to a natural, mangrove-lined coastal body of water and the surrounding tropical environment in Coron, Palawan

Nature has a way of bringing us back to what matters.

A few epic days at @bacaubay were a reminder of that.

Early mornings. Movement. Adventures. Meaningful conversations and connections.

Places like this remind us to slow down, be present, and appreciate what’s already in front of us.

Grateful for the experience, the company, and the memories made along the way.

3 breathtaking sunsets at @bacaubay.🌅

My 3rd time in Coron, yet it still leaves me in awe every single time.💛

Endless beauty, unforgettable memories, and moments that remind me how healing it is to pause and simply take it all in.

A much-needed reset from city life. Grateful for peaceful sunsets and this beautiful escape with @travelwitharaw.

Festa 2025 Recap! 💜✨

Last Saturday felt like an absolute dream! We wanted to go all out for this year’s Festa — because BTS IS BACK!!!! 🥹🫂🌸😩💜, and that alone deserves something extra special. And guess what? We pulled it off! 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

Even with tight schedules and limited prep time, we celebrated Bangtan’s 12th anniversary in the best way possible: with amazing coffee from @amespresso.mnl , great music from @plagdameo , fun crafts, beautiful ARMY-made merch, and of course — the best company we could ask for. 💜

Everyone was just so happy to be there to celebrate our Tannies together. I was especially touched when some ARMYs told me they had a blast and are already looking forward to the next one — knowing you appreciated all the effort we poured into this Festa means everything. 🥹🥹🥹

Big thanks to:
☕ @amespresso.mnl for the coffee and the cozy venue
🎶 @plagdameo for keeping the good vibes going all day
🛍️ All our amazing merchants who showed up early and stayed ‘til the end
💜 Every ARMY (and even non-ARMY friends!) who joined us — you made it unforgettable!

And of course, huge shoutout to my co-organizer @sevenheavenph!!! Couldn’t have done it without you! So many exciting things coming our way soon… stay tuned! 💫

SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!!! 🌸💜🌸💜🌸✨✨✨✨

It's great to see this side of Batangas! I know it's beautiful, but I didn't realize it could be even more stunning than I thought. From the beautiful heritage house to the crystal-clear sea, you have to go to UNWND Calatagan this summer. ☀️🌊
