Closing a chapter I wish didn’t have to end. Very thankful for all that it brought into my life🤍

Atlanta, core memories, on film. 🎞️🤎

Crazy how life unfolds—through unexpected moments, unplanned chapters, and little memories you don’t realize are beautiful until they’ve already become the past.

Some moments arrive quietly, become memories, and somehow stay with you forever.

I’ll carry these ones in my heart for a lifetime. ✨

People often ask me… who are you really?

Am I a martial artist?
A coach?
A movement teacher?
A seeker of patterns between body, mind, and nature?

The truth is… the story is deeper than that.

Injuries.
Travel.
Ancient practices.
Moments that broke me… and rebuilt me.

This is only the beginning.

If you want the rest of the story…
comment PART 2.

A Fun behind-the-scenes look at Halo Season 2 Action 2022-2023

Worked alongside my stunt team from @AFStunts and an incredible group of international Stunt performers & Stunt Doubles from abroad, spanning From Budapest, Iceland & Slovenia - collaborating with a cast led by @officialpabloschreiber , and directors and producers who made the process genuinely collaborative.

This clip captures a small part of the work behind the scenes across the series. @halotheseries @afstunts
