Brilliant bottles of Champagne: 🏖 Summer series..
.
🍾 Champagne Laurent-Perrier Alexandra Grande Cuvée Rosé 2012

Made only in rare years when the harvests of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay coincide.. 2012 is just the 10th release of this unique Cuvée first made in 1982, and released in 1987..

Made of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, co-fermented, aged about 10 years on the lees, dosage 7 g/L, dégorgement 01/2022..

Fascinating orange-red colour.. petals, dried strawberries, plums and blood orange.. menthol notes, patisserie and a lovely touch of forest floor.. mouth-watering, fine, creamy mousse.. lots of energy, tension and length, and of course, the customary tautness and freshness of Laurent-Perrier.. bright acidity, deepening richness, smoky and complex.. sappy finish..

Fine stuff to keep the juices flowing and the conversations going..

Dom Pérignon Chef de Cave 2025

Behind every bottle of @domperignonofficial lies the vision of Vicent Chaperon, Chef de Cave — guardian of time, tradition, and creative daring. 🍾

In this rare glimpse, we invite you to discover the soul of champagne making, where intuition meets precision and excellence is never compromised.

This is not just champagne. It is the pursuit of harmony, the expression of an ephemeral moment captured forever.

Harvest 2025 is shaping up to be an unforgettable year! 💥

With some of the most stunning grapes you've ever laid eyes on, this harvest is truly special.

From Meunier to Pinot Noir to Chardonnay, every variety looked better than ever! And with maturity levels and acidity just right, the stage is set for something incredible. But what will the final product taste like? 🤩

One thing's for sure, Champagne is more than just a drink, it's an art form. And I'm honored to be a part of it.

Stay tuned for more updates from the vineyard…
