This past weekend we’ve planted another 2.5K Pinot Noir (entav 943) in the Sou’ East Block. Bringing the total number of vines planted to 27.5K!!

It’s hard work and we could have done it without the help from our team plus the special guests, Ruby, Michelle & Charlie!

Appreciation post!

My sister @micha8888 has been back in Australia from living abroad for the past 30 years. She is my inspiration and I love her energy and passion for life.
She’s been helping us in the vineyards and I’m so grateful 🌱

Fun fact: listening to techno makes you 100% faster @charlottedewittemusic

There’s who you are in this life.

And who you are when you’re out of balance.

Most of us aren’t out here trying to be irritable, anxious, pessimistic, and unfriendly.

These are simply manifestations, along with physical ailments, that we’re out of synch with ourselves — the version of us that’s really us.

That’s partly why @cristinaayurveda and I named this retreat the Essential Nature Retreat when we started it 6 years ago.

To give our people a space to immerse in the very simple practices that help edge us back to our center.

Breath
Ice
Meditation
Movement
Whole Foods cooked at home
Quiet and stillness

More importantly:
Nature
Community
Fun

It’s not complicated to connect to self. We’re designed for it.

Grateful for yet another year to share and learn in this gorgeous space @ki-ra . Taking this potent reminder of simplicity home with us until we’re back for more 💚

Continuing our memorial Day tradition at DAER Day Club @ Hard Rock Casino Hollywood… what a rocksolid crew we had this year! “Here’s to cheating death, stealing time, and getting away with both. May we live long, love hard, and laugh in the face of every ticking clock!”#daerdayclub #hardrockhotel #friendship #mentalhealthawareness #getitwithbritt #

Are we going to breathe, meditate, and eat nourishing foods on the Essential Nature Retreat?

You bet 🧘‍♀️

But we’re also going to have FUN. @cristinaayurveda and I have curated this retreat to facilitate healing and growth… but we both deeply believe knowing how to have a good time is an indispensable part of that journey ❤️‍🔥

Ready to go deep AND let loose? November 7-11 in the DR is your time and place!

Comment “ESSENTIAL” and I will send you the link to sign up for the fifth iteration of this soulful retreat!
