Pressure makes Diamonds 💎

The shoulder joint reaches over 7,000 degrees per second of internal rotation during a pitch.

To put that into perspective… that’s faster than most jet engines spin. And it’s happening inside a 16-year-old pitcher’s body.

But velocity alone doesn’t make you elite.

What matters is how well your body can create, store, and transfer force through the entire kinetic chain from the ground up, through the legs, hips, trunk, and arm.

The elite guys? They don’t just “throw hard.”

They know how to load and unload energy like a slingshot.

Their lead leg braces, their pelvis and trunk rotate efficiently, and their arm lags just enough to build insane torque without breaking.

That’s the difference between 78 and 92.

That’s also the difference between a healthy arm and a shredded UCL.

The shoulder and elbow don’t work in isolation … they’re reacting to what the rest of your body is (or isn’t) doing.

This is why guys with perfect “arm care routines” still break down...

Because mechanics and sequencing are everything.

If your kid is throwing hard but something “feels off”... you’re not crazy. Let’s fix it the right way.
