"Sometimes in life, one doesn't truly celebrate their accomplishments and victories," Mr. RVA contemplated, staring at the glass of bubbling champagne presented by his waiter Miller. "Well, cheers to the ever-evolving Gentlemen, his promotion, and newfound life blessings," he thought, taking a sip while Inner City crooned "Good Life." White tiled walls accentuated caramel leather seats and candlelit red oak tabletops. Picturesque scenes of icon edifices within Virginia's capital ornamented the walls of this quaint, yet chic locale. Yet, one image stood out far beyond the rest. A singular Golden Leaf captivated the eye, as if to suggest the turning over of a new phase in life. The vibes of the music within only solidified the meaning of the name without. This was my second time experiencing a dream from within the minds of Richmond's dynamic duo of the restaurant scene, Chef and Owners Mike & Kim Lindsey. To my surprise, their son, Michael Jr., who waited on me at Lillie Pearl, was now the General Manager of the fine establishment. Elevation. The craftsmanship and artistry on each plate only boasts of the seasonal American fare found on their menu. Ladies and Gentlemen of Discovering RVA, let us celebrate, Jubilee. @jubilee.rva

Appetizer- Charred Caulilini~ Freshly Charred Caulilini, zesty Pickled Stems, drizzled with sweet Black Pepper Honey & topped with grated Grana Padano.

Entree- Double Cut Lamb Chops~ Tender, succulent, Double Cut Lamb Chops seared & seasoned in Mediterranean Spices, resting on bed of housemade Tabbouleh, covered in a savory Lemongrass Curry Sauce & garnished with fresh Microgreens.
