The most important person in the ring isn't always the one throwing punches.

When the bell rings, it's the fighter standing alone in front of the crowd. But what most people don't see are the countless hours of training, the sacrifices, the frustration, and the moments when giving up feels easier than pushing forward.

That's where a coach makes the difference.

They're the ones pushing fighters past their limits, believing in them when they doubt themselves, and standing in their corner when everything is on the line.

A fighter might step into the ring alone, but they never get there alone.

I've captured some incredible punches, knockouts, and victories. But some of my favorite moments happen between rounds. The advice, the encouragement, the trust, and the bond between a fighter and their coach.

Those moments deserve just as much recognition as the action itself.

🥊 Tag a coach who's made a difference in your life, or share this to show some love to the people behind the fighters.

What. A. Weekend.

Had a blast learning things and getting coached by @dozer.wl @weskitts22 @attitudenation @romanjiujitsu

Bonus was getting to hang out with this crew of people the whole weekend.

Long story short -- can't wait for the next one and all the snacks 🍩🍩🍩

goodbye year of salsa (for now), hello year of kizomba

needing to slow things down to address chronic pain and health issues won’t keep me from the dance floor, it will just look a little different —> less wearing heels, attempting doubles, and fast moves; more wearing sneakers, musicality, and connection

thank you to all my friends at Noche Latina for dancing with me this year <3

When you raise the bar for the sport… the sport remembers your name.

At Sonny’s, we don’t just host events…
We elevate the entire experience. And thanks to our partnership with Sting Sports, we’re taking things to a whole new level.

For this show, one competitor is walking away with something special.

Not just a pat on the back.
Not just bragging rights.
Not just the best belt to ever be made.

But a $250 pair of Viper X sparring gloves and a $160 USA Boxing–approved competition headgear — awarded to the Fighter of the Night, chosen by the USA Boxing staff themselves.

This isn’t random. This isn’t luck.
This is appreciation.
A real thank-you to the athletes who pour everything into this sport… the early mornings, the late nights, the sacrifices nobody sees.

We believe in rewarding hard work.
We believe in honoring heart.
And we believe that setting the standard is the only way to push boxing forward.

So now the question is…
Who wants it enough to walk away with these beautiful Sting pieces?
We’re about to find out.
