After filming wrapped on “Friday and Friday” I put down my main camera to focus on my health and my weight, so that when the time came to return to a set I can be my absolute best self physically AND mentally. But that didn’t mean my eye was closed that entire time. That’s something I just can’t turn off. So In this past year and a half I would from time to time capture images of the city I absolutely love. I’m gonna be back on a film set with a vengeance very soon, but until that comes here is “New York Glory” for you to check out! #filmmaking #cinema #indiefilm #filmmaker #cinematography

One of the awesome things about directing “Friday and Friday” was having fun and letting myself do things that my favorite directors do. One example being the Spielberg oner. His specifically cause they are shorter than some others yet invisible and cover a lot of imagery and pace. So, what’s the deal with musicals, huh?
Well after 2 years, 422+ performances, countless put-in rehearsals, and an endless array of stories- I think I can answer that question. I grew up on Seinfeld, consuming iconic episode after iconic episode at an age far too young to truly get every joke but nonetheless being shaped by its style and humor. It always felt close to me, Seinfeld is NYC and NYC is Seinfeld. No bad day couldn’t be remedied by throwing on a classic episode. So, naturally joining this merry band of misfits felt like destiny. The people pictured (and many more not pictured) grew to become a community of loved ones. Not just colleagues but dear friends for life. 2 years in a show isn’t just 2 years in a show: it’s 2 years living, working, celebrating, laughing til we cry, crying til we laugh, rooting for each other, and making memories that will last a lifetime. And I’m so grateful to say that’s exactly what we’ve done here. Who would have thought that a musical about “nothing” could mean everything? A piece of my heart will forever be on the Jerry Orbach stage. To everyone that made the ride so special, thank you.

I Want to give a shout out to @nitro108, who not only plays Sergeant Joseph in “Friday and Friday” but is also our fight choreographer. I love action movies but avoided doing action mostly because I didn’t have the resources for it and the right help so I can shoot and edit the action scenes the way my favorite movies do. But on “Friday and Friday” I was able to due to Nitro’s terrific work and the cast’s massive efforts. It wasn’t easy, but they nailed it!!!! #filmmaking #cinema #indiefilm #filmmaker #comedy

GOODBYE SINGFELD!!! 1 Year and 4 Months Later…
The amount of talent and joy I experienced here with this entire Company has been irreplaceable. Some of my best friends have come out of this experience, and some amazing memories and adventures too. So many incredible artists have come through this show, and many are not pictured but I love them all so much!! Thank you so much everyone for the memories and fun times!! 💛💛💛💛
