My Captain Cook still continues to be one of the best-photographing watches I own. Rado absolutely killed it, and while the dial is definitely a bit "out there" in a sea of muted divers and screams "SUMMER!", it remains an ever-present piece throughout the year.

The best pairing by far has got to go with this custom width (21mm) hybrid strap from our friends, @craftnlore. Don't sleep on them—over 100 sweat-soaked miles run with this strap and it doesn't show any signs of giving up.

Just a little teaser for you.

Introducing the Club Coin, V4. Featuring two old-school ("legacy", anyone?) color ways that we are calling Commando Bleu and Pro Orange.

Inspired by the Pantone-matched (or at least as close as possible) colors that the elite combat diving unit of the Swiss Army and the Marine Nationale used in the 70s on their iconic colored dial divers.

The lacquer finish was expertly applied to simulate sun-washed patina from a decades-old dial or bezel.

Apparently it was "asymmetric case delivery day" for me.

This Seiko "CPT Willard" SPB237J1 came in along with this @montereywatches Sea-Siren. Big thanks to @matthelmknives and Tim from Monterey, respectively.

Beyond stoked to finally have my hands on this particular Willard—I've been lusting after one for a while, and the "Seichu" strap it came on is obscenely nice. Wish I could have gotten both, but hey. The watch was used and the price was more than right. Matt is an honest, GOOD man to boot.

This Sea-Siren is also quite nice. I was surprised at the heft the quality of the bezel's clicks. Looking forward to getting a better feel for it as the days go on. It just works, despite my disdain for any watch using this style of case. Tim really seems to have done well with this one; the only thing that I'd say could be an improvement? Fixed or drilled lugs.

Always nice to have another watch on deck with sword hands, too.
