POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been a while since I was with @michaelbreed for one of his motivating presentations and I can assure you his level of passion for coaching the game is still off the charts. He has done amazing things and has brought coaching to all new levels from his promotion of teaching the game on the golf channel with the golf fix. My last picture here is from many years ago and we both may have aged just a bit but we both still have over the top energy for coaching the amazing game of golf to players that want to learn #PlayTheGame #coaching #teaching #passion #golf

Your ball starts left. Does that automatically mean you're swinging over the top?

Not necessarily.

Michael Breed explains why the clubface should be one of the first things you look at when trying to understand your ball flight. Sometimes the problem isn't your swing path. It's where the face is pointing at impact.

**10 DAYS AWAY! ❤️**

**Every child deserves to experience the moment when “I can't” becomes “I CAN.”**

For a child with dyslexia, that moment can change everything.

It's the moment frustration turns into progress.
Self-doubt turns into confidence.
And the fear of falling behind becomes the courage to move forward.

At the **Children's Dyslexia Center of the Lehigh Valley**, we see these transformations happen every day.

But they don't happen by accident. They happen because people care enough to make a difference.

**In just 10 days, we have an opportunity to come together and change more lives.**

Join us on **Saturday, October 24**, at the Allentown Masonic Temple for our **Night of Courage & Confidence**, as we honor nationally recognized PGA Professional and SiriusXM host **Michael Breed** for a special evening celebrating hope, perseverance, and possibility.

🎟️ **Just 10 days left! Tickets are available, and seating is limited.**

Because when you support a child who struggles to read, you're doing more than helping them learn.

**You're helping them rewrite the story they believe about themselves.**

❤️ **Be part of their story. Join us October 24.**

There’s no better time to play better golf than right now!

Swipe ⏩️ for some world-class coaching from Day 1 at an insightful Play the Game Presentation in California.

What’s the number one injury that takes golfers down?

Back pain.

And there’s not many better than PGA Coach Dave Phillips, the co-founder of TPI, to address how to solve it.

“If we want to solve back pain, we need to ease hip tightness first,” Phillips said. “You need hip mobility in order to turn properly on the backswing and downswing. When you don’t have that, you lean on your lower back and get pain.”

Phillips shared about his time recently with NBA legend LeBron James and going through a TPI assessment with the future Hall of Famer.

“LeBron is an unbelievable athlete, but when it comes to the golf swing, he has ankle issues and hip issues we needed to solve in order for him to play pain-free,” added Phillips. “You can’t out-technique a swing limitation. If you’re not hitting it well, look first to your body and movement. Chances are, the answer lies there.”

Phillips shared a great 60-second screening he does a ton to assess where golfers’ limitations are.

Give it a try:

1️⃣ Rotational Test: Put your feet together. Rotate naturally as you would on the backswing, and then on the downswing. Note where there’s pain or limitations.

2️⃣ Toe Touch: Hinge at your hips and bend to touch your toes. Avoid rounding your back to do so and focus on getting as far as you can with a hip hinge.

3️⃣ Overhead Arm Raise: Put your feet together. Raise your hands & arms straight up. Don’t overextend or arch your back. Note any limitations/pain.

Nobody escapes pressure on the golf course. But how do you deal with it?

Dr. Bhrett McCabe, a world-renowned clinical & sports psychologist, provided some excellent solutions golfers can implement immediately on the course.

1️⃣ Belief is the most powerful thing any athlete has. Remembering that during the good, bad and ugly allows you to take any challenge on.

2️⃣ Change your relationship with pressure, so you look at it not as a roadblock, but an opportunity. Those who overcome and stand up to the pressure are the ones who didn’t give up.

3️⃣ After a ro
