Thank you baseball ♥️

It’s hard to even put this into words, but after all these years, I’m finally done playing baseball. Ever since I was a little kid, this game has been my life. So many long days, late nights, practices, games, road trips, laughs in the dugout, tough losses, big wins… and now it’s all over. Honestly, I don’t think it’s really hit me yet.

I just want to thank everyone who was part of the journey. My teammates who became family, my coaches who believed in me and pushed me harder than anyone, and especially my family for sacrificing so much for me to chase this dream. Thank you for every ride, every conversation after games, every moment you were there for me.

It hurts knowing I’ll never wear the jersey again or step on the field with the same group of guys. Baseball gave me memories and friendships I’ll carry for the rest of my life, and walking away from it is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.
