275 x 5 Bench Press 163.3 bodyweight *top set AFTER 30mins cardio Been a while since I’ve posted some lifting videos. Figured I’d throw in a little physique update as well. Not bad for a cut with lower carbs & post cardio!! Many have been asking me, the plan @phillyphysiques & I have is to return to the stage next year after putting on another layer of muscle. I need to be at least 10-15 pounds beyond where I’m at right now to compete at the national level successfully. I’m excited to see how much size we can put on max especially with @collinmarien and @dragon.kmn as training partners!!! For those interested in my stack, I’m taking my typical staples: creatine, multivitamin, GDAs, Greens Powder, Fish Oil, Vitamin D3, and NAC. All from @krazymuscle_ Meals all from @musclemealsorl As for the the core components of my performance boosters I’m utilizing these compounds and documenting my results: AC262 , SLU-PP-332, & 5-Amino-1-MQ. All from Swiss Chems. DM me “stack” and I’ll customize one for you, specific to your goals! #offseasonbodybuilding #recomposition #swisschems #peptides #glp1 #trt

What a weekend!! Huge thankyou to everyone who came out to be a part of @jolie.babcock and I first time competing together on stage! And to everyone else who continuously supported us inside and out of the gym! We are so grateful for having every one of you be a part of our journey!🙏 —- I’m very happy with how this prep and competition went! This competition was all about learning and becoming a part of the bodybuilding community again! The goal to me is simple and that is bringing a better physique to stage each time, which I feel I did just that. —- I will have another post this week with stage photos and prep highlights that I’m sure y’all are anticipating! But again thankyou guys so much, especially those who drove hours to come watch, and my mom who flew in from Oregon to surprise me! It means the world!
