Last night I spent my last day in Hawaii commemorating our loved ones who have passed away. The three Chinese characters that I wrote on my Dad’s lantern are love, strength, and courage. Those are the three words that best describe him. 孔惠权 will be remembered and I will never forget this very emotional, yet beautiful night. #MemorialDay #lanternfestival

It's the fourth day since I have started my new workout routine, and it's pushing me beyond my limits. After every workout I leave the gym drenched in sweat and there is no better satisfaction than that. Pull days is beginning to help my back develop pretty well. Remember to switch up your routine whenever you feel your body's getting used to a workout routine. Don't ever settle down for less than you deserve. #neverbecomecomplacent

I finally came around to creating an excel sheet to start planning out my meals. The meal consists of brown rice with teriyaki chicken and broccoli. A final touch of sliced red pepper for an added crunch! Happy Meal Prep Sunday! #mealprep
