A gathering of JFA 1980s-era veterans at the incredible Tempe History Museum Dry Surf exhibit gig last month. From left: yours truly; Bus Mechanic, Driver and Main Man Wayno; Placebo Records/JFA Skateboards owner and JFA Tour Manager Tony Victor; Don Redondo on guitar; and Michael Cornelius on bad ass bass. Those were the days, my friends. Photo by Michael Pistrui.

In the tradition of pretty much every JFA show known to man, I had to get a grind at the local spot before tonight's performance. The gig is at the Tempe History Museum celebrating the Dry Surf history of Arizona skateboarding exhibit with special guests Fat Gray Cat! The spot is Tempe Skate Park. Show starts at 6, entrance is free and all ages are welcome. See you there! 📸 Michael Pistrui.
