I don’t often speak about my mental health online…. For many reasons.

And they say what you put on the internet is forever -

Thank you for every smile, laugh, hug, tear and dance.

The people in my life and the places I call home;

I would not have made it through half of the battles I did without the support I was lucky enough to have 🫧

I don’t think stability exists in the world we are subjected to, but there is love and joy and wonder…

Thank you all for reminding me life is an adventure.
You are all art, you are all wonderful. 🌸

None of us are alone,
And all of us are loved.

Not to sound anti Ai or anything, but support creatives, not computers ❤️
~
Recently I’ve seen dancefloors covered in Ai art, posters designed by Chatgpt and event descriptions that couldn’t describe the sensation of a dance floor.
~
Support your local creatives.

I chose shots from this event for this reel cause nothing will make you feel quite as alive and human as the madness of a Drum and Bass throw down.

"Take some time to reflect on how much you've grown over the last few months, in any way, whether you started going to therapy, got a new job, gained new interests, finished your exams, started journaling, or even became more empathetic towards yourself. Remind yourself that growth is always there, and that it doesn't need to be incredibly life - changing to hold significance. You are growing in every way; and these events often lead to very bright things." - @positivityblogging
