• SALTED CARAMEL POUND CAKE •

There is honestly nothing better than the smell of a buttery pound cake in the oven. I feel like this should be a Michael Rene candle. But I digress. I topped this one with a homemade salted caramel. It’s dense, soft, and has those perfect crunchy edges we all fight over. A little extra maldon flaky sea salt on top because, well, why not?

What a great time!
Last Saturday Clinton Baptist Church Women’s Ministry hosted its first event of the year in collaboration with @michaelreneinteriors by having a Bougie Candle Making Class. This was a great time to fellowship with one another while make amazing custom scented candles. We learned the art of custom blending fragrances while creating our own unique candles. Additionally, we played fun games to get acquainted as a sisterhood, made specialized mocktails and our beautiful First Lady @just4jnette gave each guest a candle snuffer as a parting gift. This event was a great way to start off the New Year as we continue to grow, serve and love! #wegrowweservewelove
