Maybe freedom doesn’t always look like leaving your life behind. ❤️‍🔥

👉Sometimes it looks like becoming more honest inside the life you’re already living.

Knowing what you want.
Knowing what you don’t want.
Letting yourself feel.
Expressing yourself.
Making choices that actually belong to you.

✨ ISTA Level 1 invites you to explore those places through an experiential journey into spirituality, sexuality, shadow, power, connection and freedom.

Not because there is something wrong with you.
Because there may be much more of you available.

What if you didn’t have to explain why you’re curious about all of this? ❤️‍🔥

The questions you have about intimacy.
About desire.
About spirituality, pleasure, connection, power, vulnerability, shadow.
The parts of you that want to be explored, not explained.

♥️There is something special about being around people who are curious about the same territory.

👉 You don’t have to arrive with answers. You can arrive curious.

Some people you meet for a moment.
Some become part of your story.

And sometimes, you meet people with whom you can be a little more honest, a little more curious, a little more yourself.

That’s one of the beautiful things about experiences like ISTA. ❤️‍🔥

🌎 You arrive from different places, with different stories and different questions.

And for a while, you share the same space to explore, connect, laugh, feel, learn and discover.
You never quite know who you’ll meet.

Maybe that’s part of the invitation. ❤️‍🔥

Tomorrow we begin a very special journey.

“It takes a brave soul to tell their story, to honour the life they have lived, and to offer the wisdom they have gathered along the way. For within every life is a story that may light the path for another.”

We can’t wait to welcome you @crystaldawnmorris @michal.maayan @mature.eros @nadianervoprojects thank you for saying yes to this beautiful journey.

At the beginning of the year I was told I would not be guiding 1:1 Authors anymore but instead brining small intimate groups through with a focus around rebirth / rites of passage.
It touched a deep part within me as someone who really lacked elders around me growing up it felt so resonant to bring back this structure that we once knew ✨

Who is this Author Programme for? It is for Women who have reached a point in their lives where they feel called to gather the wisdom of their years, make meaning of their experiences, and pass something of lasting value on to future generations 🌹

We are still welcoming in Women in over the next two weeks so if this project resonates with you then get in touch 🌹

It will be an honour to walk alongside you all telling your stories for the generations to come ❤️

There is knowledge that comes from thinking. 🧠

And there is knowledge that comes from feeling, sensing and experiencing. 🫠

ISTA Level 1 creates space to explore that second kind.

What might you discover if you listened more closely?

Not what you were taught to want.
… or what makes you look good.
… or what keeps everyone else comfortable.

👉 What do you actually want?

And how does it feel in your body when the answer is a real yes?

❤️‍🔥 Desire can be a doorway into knowing ourselves more deeply - into clarity, honesty, pleasure and choice.

At ISTA Level 1, desire is not something to perform.
It’s something to become curious about.

There comes a point where more information isn’t necessarily what you’re looking for. ❤️‍🔥

You’ve read. Reflected. Talked about relationships, connection, sexuality, healing, embodiment...

👉 And somewhere inside, there is still a quiet:
I want to experience this.

🫶🏽 More presence. Aliveness. Connection.
More access to what is actually happening inside me.

That’s part of what makes ISTA Level 1 different.
It’s experiential.

👉 You don’t just talk about these things.
You get to explore them through your body, your relationships, your emotions, your desires and your own experience.

ISTA Level 1 is coming back to Cyprus. 🐚

👉18-25 November 2026 | Cyprus Sea Edition

❤️‍🔥 Eight days to explore spirituality, sexuality, embodiment, shadow, power, love and freedom - through direct experience rather than theory.

👉 ISTA Level 1 is an immersive training for those who want to explore themselves, their relationships and their capacity for intimacy in a deeply experiential way.

🔥 There is space for curiosity, play, vulnerability, intensity, reflection and everything that emerges when we step beyond our familiar patterns.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come.

You only need enough curiosity to discover what becomes possible when you meet yourself - and others - more fully.
Spiritual. Sexual. Shamanic.

SPIRITUAL... SEXUAL... SHAMANIC... each of these three areas alone carries enormous potential for liberation, freedom, love, and joy, as well as charge for shadow and misuse of power. If you want to explore how to bring more awareness, connection and power in to your life, join us at an upcoming experience, initiation or training. ❤️🤍🖤
