7 YEARS SOBER! I asked for help 7 years ago and I’m here today because of it. I’ll always speak about normalizing doing that. The love and support from my family and friends throughout this whole journey continues to mean the world to me. I’m so beyond grateful for my sobriety, and how much it has changed and SAVED my life. Proof right here that recovery is possible. ❤️
