@miche5katl , you were a VIBE! 🍻🏃🏻‍♀️🔥

I was so busy living in the moment, laughing, dancing, and having the BEST time that I completely forgot to get more pics and clips! 😂🤭 But honestly, those are the best kind of days!

My heart is so full! 🥹❤️ Being able to be part of something like this and share it with los primos and @miche5k was so special! Seeing it all come together and watching everyone have a good time made me so happy! Moments like these remind me why I love bringing people together. 🫶🏽

So grateful for the opportunity, the memories, and all the beautiful people I got to share this with! Definitely one for the books! 🍻✨

Nowwww… MICHE 5K YEAR 2?! 👀🤭

Drop a 🍻 if you want us to run it back!

¿Qué piensan, lo hacemos o no?! 🔥🍻 #smyrnarunclub #miche5katlanta #run

This Medal Monday hit different! It’s been a crazy summer. I’m 6 months into my run journey.

I met a lot of dope people! I lost a lot of weight! Hit a couple PR’s! Ran a couple 5k races, some just for the love no medals. 10k and a Half marathon 😩. Joined two run clubs. I’m rockin with the whole community!

It’s just the beginning. A lot more to come 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 #MedalMonday #medalmonday🏅 #chicagorunner #chicagohalfmarathon #chicago

I was out of breathe my first 2 min back in February 😮‍💨so I walked the next 3-5 min then run 2-3 min. May 30 I ran the @miche5k and ran my 1st mile nonstop 🛑 and today June 24, I ran my first 2 miles non stop!! My next run is @chicagohouserun

What I didn’t do was train everyday! 🏃🏽‍♀️ or barely. I would say on average 1-2 times a week. Last 2 weeks I have not been to gym.

What I have done is FUELED my body!!! Just being honest! And I’ve improved who I was these last 4 months!! I prioritize sleep 😴 and my mental health. Just laying facts.

Most people forget the bigger picture, and focus on the training hard everyday without recovery. And I’m living proof that the other things matter too- 😌 🍽️ 🧘🏽‍♀️ 😴

Comment “LEVEL UP” if you’re ready to get the gut reset your body deserves.
