$10 million meant for sick kids ended up funding GOP politics under Ashley Moody’s watch.

When it came out, her response was that the only crime was the leak.

I’ve called on everyone involved in the Hope Florida scandal to resign. I want Ashley Moody in jail for her crime.

I won’t stop fighting until there’s real accountability. Florida’s children deserve better than this.

Ashley Moody thinks common sense is extreme. Radical. Socialist. It’s easier for her to call me names than to explain her voting record.

So let me tell you something.

If believing a mother working two jobs should be able to put food on the table is radical, call me radical.

If believing seniors who worked their whole lives deserve to retire with dignity is radical, call me radical.

If believing no family should go bankrupt because somebody got sick is radical, then so what?

If believing government should work for the people instead of billionaires is radical, then I guess I’m radical as HELL.

I know what it’s like to struggle to make ends meet, and I’ve spent my time in public office fighting for working families, affordable childcare, and a government that answers to the people, not the powerful.

Yes, who Florida elects as Senator can actually impact Floridians’ lives.

Florida has had unelected Ashley Moody in the Senate for 2 years now. What good change has come from Ashley Moody being in the Senate?

Meanwhile, I work for the people of Florida. And I’ll fight to extend the ACA subsidies that 440,000 Floridians lost under Ashley Moody’s watch, and push for universal health care.

I’ll also fight for a raise for our teachers, AND our paraprofessionals, bus drivers, cafeteria workers & custodians, everyone who keeps our schools running.

That’s what a Senator who works for y’all looks like.
