New student? Bikram Basics is for you!
This beginner’s orientation workshop is free with your Intro Month or Groupon (does not count as a Groupon class).
Take advantage of this unique offering to start your practice on the right foot!

BYSJ teacher Kerry Hyman will discuss your needs and goals, advise you on preparing for class, and go over the basics of the Bikram Yoga postures and grips without the full heat of a normal class.
Bikram Basics also pairs nicely with a 10:00 am Bikram Yoga class.
