Hi friend! It’s so nice to have you here in such a big wide world.
Here’s the cliff notes of my story and how I got here, to be one of the most sought after business strategists in Australia. It’s been 21 years since I opened my first business and I’ve been a quintessential try hard. There’s no pretending here that it happens overnight with minimal effort… I believe it takes hard work, strategy and persistence to build an epic business.
I also believe that it is 100% worth every edge you push past, every moment of glaring vulnerability and every tear you shed. Because, when you get there, when you pass the tipping point and you look around and realise your life is even greater than you imagined it would be, it’s the most wonderful feeling there is. And it’s yours for the taking.
If you want to work with me, you can explore the options at the link in bio, or just DM me and say hi.

P.S I haven’t spent this long making a social post in a very long time. It took me right down memory lane and gave me so much gratitude for the people I’ve worked with at all of the different chapters and stages. What a ride it is when you’re in the arena having a crack!

We look forward to you joining us for Breakfast, 11th November at Camden Valley Inn with our very last guest for 2025 @michelle.pascoe

In an era defined by constant oscillation, back, forward, swish, this empowering keynote invites women to stop, reflect, and realign. Drawing from Michelle Pascoe’s personal anecdotes and three decades of entrepreneurial experience, this presentation offers a vibrant, practical analogy using six common handbag items as prompts to reset your mindset, business goals, and personal wellbeing.

✨ Why This Topic Resonates in 2025:
• Women are managing careers, businesses, families, and digital lives all at once.

• We’re flooded with information but often disconnected from our intention.

• AI and automation are helping businesses grow, but also pushing us to re-centre what really matters.

• This talk bridges humour, self-reflection and actionable outcomes that are still as relevant, if not more so, than they were a decade ago.

It blends humour, self-reflection, and take-home tools that will stick with your audience long after the event ends.

Based on six handbag essentials, this session guides women through the noise of business and life, helping them reconnect to purpose, prosperity, and presence. It’s not just motivational, it’s deeply actionable.

Registration is now open and tickets can be purchased following the link in bio.

30 years in business. From a single mum with two small kids and one skill—typing—to leading a national team, developing proprietary software, writing books, speaking on global stages, and mentoring the next generation of CEOs.

For @michelle.pascoe, it all started with a $10-an-hour dream and the determination to create something better—for her family, for other women, and for the industry she loves.

Today, she celebrates 30 years of Optimum Operating Procedures & Services (OOPS) and the journey that’s taken her from typing desks to boardrooms, training rooms, and conference stages around the world.

Her growth since joining Her Empire Builder has been phenomenal—refining her offers, showing up more boldly, and embracing the power of community and mindset to scale with purpose.

“Being part of Her Empire Builder has helped me step even further into my leadership and legacy. It’s shown me I’m not alone—and that there’s always a next level.”

To every woman still building, still learning, still backing herself even when it’s scary—this is what’s possible.

Here's to the next 30, Michelle! 🥂
