A little something close to my heart 💚

I still remember when I could count the girls at FFRC on one hand. Seeing more women join us, take on new distances and build genuine friendships through running means so much, especially knowing FFRC has played a small part in it 🥹

When we were dreaming up this @fastandfree.rc x @anya.active collection, we kept coming back to feelings. Funny how women are told we feel too much, like it’s a bad thing!

I’ve had races that made me feel like I could do anything, and runs that made me question why I even bother. Sometimes both in the same run lol. But I think that’s what I love about this sport. We get to feel all of it, and there’s strength in that too.

Fast. Free. For the Feeling.
Whatever that feeling may be 🫶

Blessed with a second lease on life 🕊️

I swear I have more friends outside of FFRC 💚 Thank you for being the safe space I can always return to. Grief was experienced in the best way possible with the amount of side questing with @fastandfree.rc

Contract terminated, races done, events conquered, celebrated another year around the sun, ate too much good food amongst other activities… and somehow life got pretty full 🌻✨
