What a summer! ☀️❤️

We kicked off our Summer Run Series back in June in Fulham, ventured out to Battersea & Soho, then came full circle to finish at Jargo, right where it all started. It just felt right! 🫶🏾

Thank you to EVERYONE who ran with us, paced for us, supported us or simply came down for a drink and a mingle. We appreciate you all! ❤️

Hopefully this isn’t the end… stay tuned, we could be bringing the BP Run Series to an area near you next 👀😉

Officially an Ironman ✅

Let me break down the race, a few weeks ago I was given the news that there is a possibility that I had a stress response in my fibula from two different physios and I was faced with the possibility of not even getting to the start line. I still wanted to go ahead and at least attempt the race even if it means I just get through the swim and the bike.

I got through the swim fine and felt great on the bike until 150k in and I unfortunately fell off the bike, but luckily only left with some scratches and bruises and a broken shifter. I then realised I had a huge puncture in my front tyre and this is when I broke down completely. After some help from the Ironman team and trying to get myself together again I was able to complete the bike and go ahead with the run.

Felt incredible for the first 13k of the run until my leg unfortunately gave out and I couldn’t run 500 metres without having extreme pain through my right leg, but I was so close at this point I was going to give everything I had to get to the finish line, so after walking a majority of the marathon, I can now say I’m a part of the 0.01% of women who have completed an Ironman.

I’d like to thank my mum for being with me the whole way and giving me the support that I very much needed, and for enduring the stress that I put her through both during training, and race day. I have never been so grateful to have a mum and a best friend that cares so much ❤️

Ironman, this may not be the last time 👀 it looks like I have some redeeming to do

Another one of my bright ideas, after I had my extensions out..

@hair_by_george_cowbridge_ has literally saved my hair by changing it the right way ( that’s not to say I wanted it done in one sitting)

We are almost there, alongside tapes for colour and to avoid damage.

It’d be been using @foxandvamp products that are suitable for the tapes and my own hair.

Lastly, it’s perfect timing as there’s editorial in @bespokeblackbook that’s now live, with my favourite products, including @foreo_official @floralabparis and @duckanddry
