I've been keeping a secret that I've been DYING to tell yall!

The day that we closed on our house (July 30th) there was a "For Sale" sign put up in the yard of the house next door....my parents walked over to knock on the door and hopefully talk to the owner (which I videotaped)

I had absolutely no idea at the time that they would actually end up purchasing the house next door! After moving across the world the past 14 years we will finally get to live by family and it's because my parents chose to leave the only town they have EVER lived in, and all of thier friends and family just to move up here by us 💗

I am SO so grateful and cannot wait for them to be within walking distance! @michellej685

Moving. New home. Big secret. Parents. Next door neighbor. New neighbors. PCS. Military PCS. New house. Surprise!

Meet Jane ❤️🏠

This week, our team had the privilege of helping build a home for Jane, one of the widows in our program. Jane lost her hearing at a young age and later lost her husband in a tragic drowning accident. Today, she is raising six children, four of whom still live at home.

Together, our team spent the day mudding the walls of her new house, helping turn what was once a dream into reality. Seeing her excitement as the house took shape was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together.

This is just the beginning of Jane’s story. Stay tuned as we share more about her journey and how you can help provide safe, secure housing for widows like her. ❤️🇰🇪

Today we spent the day at a local school in our village. We worshipped together, performed a skit on forgiveness, and shared a message about the love and grace of Jesus.

So grateful for the opportunity to encourage these students and be reminded that you never know how God might use a simple conversation, a song, or a story to impact someone’s life. 🇰🇪❤️

Today we celebrated Fun Day with our primary students and friends from the Hope Center! Our theme was forgiveness as we learned what it means to extend grace to others just as Christ has forgiven us. From games and laughter to meaningful conversations, it was a day full of joy, friendship, and learning. We are so grateful for every student who joined us! 💙

Miles of road, endless beauty, and hearts full of anticipation. 🇰🇪❤️

From tea fields to winding roads, today was all about the journey home. Every trip down these roads reminds us why we keep coming back.

The village is finally in sight, and we can’t wait for all that’s ahead this week.

Happy birthday to Take Heart. It’s been such privilege to be part of this from the very beginning. I remember being so excited about the store and not having to do garage sales for fundraisers anymore. Make sure you stop by and wish them happy birthday either tonight on first Friday or sometime tomorrow.

I love these @cabiclothing clients turned Friends! Meet the Cabi Blondes Club. We try to have a girls day at least once month. We either shop, eat, pray for each other, take a train ride, lay out by the pool or ALL the above if we can fit it in!
I’m truly thankful for the relationships this business has brought me.
