I think we've officially made it to the messy middle! 🎨

Still plenty of painting ahead, but it's all starting to come together!

So grateful to @artbyandreaehrhardt for inviting me to be part of this massive project. There's something special about bringing a big vision to life together! 💕

Meet Michelle!

🧘‍♀️ Michelle is a yoga instructor, artist, and longtime member of the climbing community. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she has held roles with USA Climbing and Momentum Climbing.

She turned to yoga more intentionally after a skiing accident in 2021. Yoga became a way for her to rebuild strength and reconnect to movement in a new way.

This year, she completed her 200-Hour Yoga training in Salt Lake City, Utah. Now back in KC, she is focused on her art and yoga practice, building community through movement and helping climbers feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected — on and off the wall!

Michelle teaches a mixed level class on Monday evenings at 7 PM at Olathe.

Life is what you make it. 💙

Four weeks. A handful of murals. A lot of ladders, paint, early mornings, and gratitude.

Some were my designs. Some were collaborations. Some were another artist's. I genuinely love creating alongside talented people and being trusted with projects that make a space feel more alive.

Busy season is officially here, and I don't take a single opportunity for granted. I'm incredibly thankful for every client, every artist, and every business that has invited me to be part of their story.

I'm already booked into July with several more projects waiting in the wings, and I honestly can't wait to see what's next!

Here's to choosing color, choosing courage, and making life a little more beautiful one wall at a time. 🥂

Finishing up Thayer Elementary this week! I hired an all female crew to paint the entire school with me. 💪🏻 🧑‍🎨 We were up early and painting long hours to finish 30,000+ square feet of exterior wall space within 1 month.

WOMEN BUILT THIS.

What happens when an all-female mural crew gets their hands on a blank wall?

A lot of paint. A lot of laughter. A lot of problem-solving. And one very happy school.

When Andrea asked me to be part of this project, the answer was a resounding yes. She is great to work with and I knew she would be putting together an incredible team.

Andrea, Kaylee, Mags, Michelle, and I each played different roles throughout the process, from laying down endless background color to tackling lettering, details, and the final bobcat mascot.

One of my favorite things about this project was watching everyone bring their unique strengths to the wall. Public art is rarely a solo effort. The best projects happen when talented people trust each other, collaborate, and focus on creating something bigger than themselves.

The mural is finished, but the friendships, memories, and shared accomplishment will stick around a lot longer.

I'd say that's a pretty good trade for a few gallons of paint.

Some highlights and projects from 2025 🌸✨the end of this year started picking up with mural projects and big things. My biggest goal for 2026 is to go all in on my art and take more risks to pursue this 🎨 I appreciate all the support from everyone who has helped me and encouraged me to believe in myself more. Excited (slightly nervous) to see what 2026 brings 🙃
