Quick easy dinner on the @spider.grills giant huntsman. Our own @joelwhite002 through down a recipe he learned from his buddy Dooger on the coast. Super easy you can throw it in the oven but we think everything tastes better cooked outside on a grill!

2 pork tenderloins (we got ours from @carltonfarmsoregon )
Season with @whiskeybentbbq “The Grove”
Top with a bottle of @kelissauces “orange sauce”
One cup of your favorite rosé
Top with a cup of craisons

Throw it on at 350 for 30 minutes or until temp hits 145. Pull and let rest!

Be sure to follow us for more recipes and stop by @thegrillcenter to stock up on all the rubs, sauces, meat and grill supplies!

Smoked brisket enchiladas hit different on the Traeger. This one’s going on the menu.

Brushed the tortillas with a mix of @traegergrills × @meatchurch collab BBQ sauce + enchilada sauce before rolling them up with cheesy smoked brisket.

Extra saucy, extra flavorful, pure wood-fire. Who’s grabbing the first one? 🔥🧀🐮

Taco Tuesday loading… 🔥

Blackened chicken fajitas hitting that perfect sear in a ripping-hot cast iron, guided by the @meatermade probes so every piece stays juicy while the outside gets that deep crust. Seared onions and fresh garden bell peppers straight from the backyard. Homegrown heat hits different when the temp is dialed in right.

Who’s ready for today? 🌮

Two pork tenderloins 🐷🐷 Zero excuses 🚫

1. Ginger Teriyaki Soy Pork Tenderloin over Thai Chile Coconut Jasmine + Asian Brussels Sprouts

• Marinate 1–1½ lb pork tenderloin in soy sauce, fresh grated ginger, garlic, a splash of mirin or honey, and a little sesame oil (30 min–overnight).

• Insert @meatermade probe. Sear hard in a hot skillet, then finish on the @traegergrills at 400°F until the probe hits 145°F internal. Rest, slice.

• Jasmine rice cooked in coconut milk + a minced Thai chile (or chili crisp).

• Brussels tossed with soy, garlic, and a touch of sesame oil; roast or sear until charred, then finish with a generous sprinkle of pulverized peanuts. Plate pork over the rice, sprouts on the side. Glaze residual pan juices over the top.

2. Sheet-Pan Rosemary Garlic Pork Tenderloin

• Season 1–1½ lb pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lots of fresh rosemary. Insert @meatermade probe.

• Toss halved potatoes, carrots, green beans, red + white onion wedges, and cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and more rosemary. Spread on a foil-lined sheet, nestle the pork in the center.

• Cook on the @traegergrills at 400–425°F until the probe hits 145°F (about 25–35 min depending on size). Rest 5–10 min, slice, and serve straight from the pan.

Saturday pizza night on the @traegergrills — dough, sauce, cheese, ModiFire stone, the whole thing. Nothing says “focused chef” like stretching dough next to this towel.

Totally professional. Totally normal.

I’m not explaining the THICC print 🍑🍄🍕
