(little behind on posting sorry guys) but my first week of taper for the bayshore full marathon was spent with @fleetfeetmichigan !!!
•
started the week off strong with a blue jean mile and superblast 3’s — we love a visit from @michigantechrep (aka metro detroit’s number one asics dealer)
•
we had an awesome demo from mizuno on the avenue, courtesy of fleet feet and let me tell you i love the neo zens. it’s so crazy because i haven’t heard anything about mizuno since i played volleyball in middle school.
•
on saturday we had a huge event for the community that helped bring awareness to mental health and help bring resources to those who might need it & of course another chance for me to try on the neo zens while i wrapped up my last long run before bayshore.
•
as always thank you so much fleet feet for all the opportunities to connect with the community and try out new shoes! I HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL AT NORTHVILLES BIG RUN!

Thank you everyone for sporting your bright, colorful socks and coming out to the annual #SockOutSuicide Community Run/Walk last night! ❤️🧦

Special thanks to @action.okemos and @sockoutsuicide for all your hard work in bringing the community together for this amazing event. It’s a welcoming atmosphere to raise awareness and start important conversations about suicide prevention and the importance of mental health.
