POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Spent a few days in Colorado; exploring Garden of the God's, hiking around Evergreen, seeing Cross Canadian Ragweed at Red Rocks, catching up with my brother @michlandrew while hanging out in Denver and checking out the Royal Gorge. It was a great trip.

A little recap of what I was up to while I was away from Instagram.

It turns out it was a pretty good year to take a break.

Celebrated 40th birthdays.
Swam with whales.
Traveled with friends.
Started trail running.
Spent more time outside.
Put happiness first.

While it was quite the adventure, I did miss sharing my life with you all.

So here’s a little glimpse into what I’ve been up to. Short and sweet. 💛

Me: Casually posting our 50th Super Chill Polar Bear Club party only a few weeks late - but what is time when you’re freezing for fun?

From icy waters to sauna steams, this crew brought the heat and made the milestone plunge unforgettable. Huge bear hugs to our MVPs:

☕ @mattfritschen from Windy Saddle for the soul-warming coffee.
🍩 @alexscottlauren for bringing those Vermont apple cider doughnuts in your carry-on
✨ @nomadicfiremobilesauna founder Rachel Swanson for the steamiest dreamiest sauna setup and generous commitment to the cause👊
⭐️And, of course, my raddie baddie co-founder Lauren Deeley @epic.life for diving in with me…literally and figuratively…since day one.

To everyone who’s joined, even just once; you’re legends. See you next Wednesday, 6:32 a.m., Clear Creek. The water’s cold, but the vibes? Always fire

#SuperChillPolarBearClub so far this summer….
Notably:
🍦 all the 🦋’s of @the.monarch.group made a surprise appearance last week which exploded my heart. They brought zero chill and proceeded to break TWO #SCPBC records by making it the highest turnout (15 polar bears total) and the longest plunge (over 10 minutes). Can you tell we’re competitive?!!

🍦water temps in clear creek exceeded 60 F on 8/7/24! Which allows us to submerge for much longer. But I miss the intensity of the colder temps!

🍦you can bet on either @saracate , @michlandrew , @andrewspero11 , @epic.life or me to be there every Wednesday without fail because we’re polar bears and this is our lifestyle ✌️

🍦if it’s your birthday or you just got engaged, we’re celebrating because #mimosas #welovelove

🍦 my beloved @maxjay6 occasionally makes a super chill appearance thanks to @mj_68516 , @jfreemond & @blondehare 😉

🍦our beach disappeared & plunging got a little dicey when clear creek closed in June due to all the runoff causing fast-moving high waters

🍦Deeley’s the wildest of the polar bears, emerging mysteriously from the wooded park across the street most weeks and dunking suitless without abandon #deeleydunks

Cheers to all who have shown up for themselves at 6:32am on a Wednesday to cold plunge in nature with strangers! I’ll be delighted to see you next time☀️
