🔥 Progress Alert! 🔥
In just ONE month with @willbradleysp,@armywp_football commit Michael Sifford (@michsiff) has made huge strides on his 40-yard dash!

👟 June 11, 2025: 4.50 seconds
👟 July 9, 2025: 4.41 seconds

Not only did he cut nearly a tenth of a second off his time, but he also showed incredible improvement in his explosive power—dropping his back 20-yard split from 1.99 to 1.94 seconds! That’s a bigger drop than his 4.36 and 4.39 run he ran on this day as well, but the consistency and progress in his top speed are what really stand out.

What a difference a month with Will Bradley Sports Performance makes! 🚀💪
