6️⃣ Years ago today, I used the quiet yet grounding moment of my Saturn Return 🪐 to plant the seeds of my astrology & tarot business as La Bruja Brenda. I didn’t know if I was “good enough or knew enough” but life had already thrown me so many hard knocks by that moment that I said to myself, ”Well if I have to work to survive until my bones give out, I might as well enjoy what I’m doing and offer something meaningful to me.”….Little that know at that time when I at that time observed that my #SaturnReturn also aligned exactly the most paradigm shifting astrological alignment of our lives, the Pluto-Saturn Conjunction (which in simple terms reflects the 🦠 era 👀) In a time where the world shut down and isolated physically and mentally, an opportunity to show up online and support my community came through my readings. While we all carried so much uncertainty, fear, anxiety and trauma about the future collectively, on an personal level I had experienced all those things so profoundly for so much of my life..I finally felt like I could help others feel the weight of this life a little less heavy, less alone. Be for others who I so desperately needed in my developing years. 6 years later, I can say I have hundreds of pictures of tarot cards and spreads in my gallery and not as many of me, the interpreter of the symbols, archetypes, signs and messages. And that’s okay because so much of the last few years was developing the confidence, deepening my knowledge and building the professional practice and connecting to the individuals that would become my clients & community. So now as I enter this 7H profection year for my professional spiritual practice, I want to hold myself accountable to the motto I summarize how I ask my clients to live their lives more authentically “Be Bold. Be Brave. Be Beautiful” and start to show up with more presence, more confidence and more value for all of you. So I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart ♥️ all for being a part of my journey before, from the start and on the path of La Bruja Brenda. I’m excited to see what the next 6 years bring. I leave you with some stand out moments for me from each year 😇🫶💕💕💕

We celebrated 5 years of marriage in June. 🥰 Not a small feat, I feel. I am just so grateful for the life we have built together. 🥹 May we always remind each other to be our true silly selves even when life feels heavy. 🖤

(P.S. @mclupo16 drew me a cut out penguin anniversary card 🐧)
