EP141 - Take Me Home - Soulful House - Aug26
Unprecedented year.... Started messing with some soulful tunes to use for warm up sets at @mick.willow and @itsthepadelking 's new Vocal House day night party called @thisisculturedxb on the Palm in Dubai.

Got a little sidetracked and August arrived! This is a 2hr mix of soulful classics and some new tunes I bought. Not the tightest mixing, it has been a while! Also a few live instrument tracks with varied tempo that were a nightmare to mix, Nevertheless I really hope you enjoy these Soulful tunes, they are meant to spread love and feeling good. ChangedFaces - All One Word (The Album)

We’ve been sitting on this album for a few years now, waiting for the right time to release it, but we’ve realised that in a world full of uncertainty, it’s never the right time.

We can only hope that our music takes you on a journey, lifts your spirits and makes you feel whole again. There’s always a light at the end of every tunnel, and if you walk long enough, you’ll reach it.

All One Word is a little piece of our hearts, designed to take you to a better place. A place where worries fade away and music becomes fuel for the soul.

Keep your mind free, your hearts pure, and we hope this album resonates with you as much as it did with us. ❤️

LIVERPOOL DJ ROYALTY 👑🎧

DJ SPOTLIGHT: ROB CAIN

If you’ve been going out in Liverpool for any length of time, there’s a very good chance you’ve stood on a dancefloor with Rob Cain behind the decks.

And I certainly have.

Aquarium.
Bar Red.
Club 051.
Sunrise.
The Pleasure Rooms.

Rob has been part of Liverpool clubbing for more than two decades and his name is genuinely woven into the history of the music and nights so many of us grew up with.

For me, that’s what makes having him involved with State of Mind so special.

These aren’t just names being added to a poster.

These are DJs I’ve watched, listened to and had some of the best nights of my life dancing to over the years.

And now Rob is giving his time to be part of something I hope can make a real difference in this city.

SUNDAY 30 AUGUST
WAV LIVERPOOL ❤️

12 hours of music.
25+ DJs.
2 live PAs.
Five incredible organisations being supported.

And one of Liverpool’s most recognisable DJs behind the decks.

If Rob Cain has ever provided the soundtrack to one of YOUR nights out, this is your chance to do it all again for an even bigger reason.

🎟️ Tickets via the Skiddle link in our bio.

Come for the memories.
Come for the music.
Come to help us raise as much money as possible.

ONLY 6 DAYS TO GO.

LET’S FILL WAV. ❤️

It isn’t even the line-up.

IT’S THE PURPOSE. ❤️💙

Every penny from every ticket sold goes towards supporting 5 charities and services helping people with mental health, suicidal thoughts and some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Some of Liverpool’s biggest and most respected DJs are giving their time for FREE to help us do it.
