I’m a big believer in this: Your training should fit you (not the other way around)

We don’t all need a completely different set of exercises or some fancy, revolutionary programme.

We all benefit from training the basics: squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, rotate, jump, brace.

HOW we train those patterns should depend on the person in front of me.

Your experience.
Your body.
Your goals.
Your lifestyle.
And, very importantly, what you actually enjoy doing with your body!!

For some, that’s getting stronger for their chosen sport.
For others, it’s learning to powerlift.

And for many of my clients, it’s much simpler:
get stronger, move better and stay capable enough to do the things they want to do — now and as we get older. (None of us are getting any younger eh?)

Whatever it is you want to do, know that I will 100% back you and support your goals, to help you make them realistic and achievable.

You don’t need to be an athlete to train like one.
And you don’t need to compete in anything to benefit from getting stronger.

That’s what I want training to do: make you stronger, more capable and more confident in your body.

Ford Transit & Vauxhall Astra both receiving our Wash Plus packages with the Astra also receiving our Gold level interior. The Astra had a significant amount of algae which is now gone, the Transit had a fair bit of road salt all over the paintwork which was fully removed and then the paintwork was sealed with a Nano sealant.

Audi A4 estate in with us today for both our Platinum packages. This vehicle belongs to the owner of @tdgproducts So when he asked me to sort his car out it was a no brainer, especially when I use his products daily.
The paintwork received a full chemical decontamination and claying, polished and then a ceramic wax applied. All the exterior glass was sealed, exhaust polished and wheels receiving a deep clean.
Interior wise all plastics were cleaned with APC then dressed, full hoover and glass cleaned. Then the leather seats were deep cleaned and as can be seen from the cloth that was white at the start they needed it!

@tdgproducts Superlative Shampoo

TDG is amazing – I’m not joking.
Who doesn’t want to use Aftershave scented snowfoams and shampoos?

£10 for 500ml is the industry average maybe a little more, but this isn’t your normal white label stuff, oh no.

My shampoo is ‘Creed’ scented and it smells amazing – might use it in the shower.
The smell clings to everything and doesn’t just go. Luckily, I can say the same for the suds, and there’s plenty of them. Little more product then usual, I tend to use around 25ml to 15 litres of water the foam may disappear after 10 minutes but the suds will still transfer to the paint and cling too. Although you can use 10-15ml if you want to 15 litres of water.

No issues with it drying out or staining.
If you enjoy cleaning your car you’ll really enjoy it more with this, puts a smile on my face every time I use it!

Hop over to their Instagram and have a browse!

(Special mention to @norfolkbakingco for letting me use your light box!)
