M A K E S O M E S P A C E.

Dancers demand an incredible amount of mobility from their hips.

This hip decompression technique applies traction to temporarily gap the joint and reduce compressive forces.

For someone who jumps, turns, extends, and lands for hours, keeping the hips moving matters.

Decompress.
Restore motion.
Then build control.

Comment “TCC” if your hips always feel compressed.

Tell me you are still in a glitter crash without telling me you’re still in a glitter crash… a crusty voice 😆.

I’m still riding that wave from @goldenlegendschampionchallenge last weekend. I have SO MANY thank yous to express publicly and privately as well as photos and videos to post. Right now, this is where I am at… I love learning from those who have come before me and I’m grateful to have met a lot of incredible people on this journey and looking forward to where we go next! But for now, just let me soak in this for the next 2-3 business months 😉🥰
