Montréal x Berlin machen mir spaß ✨

Mil gracias y merci bien à Cris de Pelada for being the sweetest of angelitxs & booking F.F.S.’ first Montreal show + hosting us w/ so much love! I will be fucking BACK 4 U QC! I genuinely miss all the people I just met like? 😭

Then got to see dad in Berlin & finally use my German cause… why do I speak German? Cause she educated. 💅🏼 Anyway, really wanted to say vielen dank zu Leah @securing_consent for also being such a thoughtful friend & taking the best care of us in Berlin, I love you so much. 🥹

& was so happy to see homegirls from home @expulsada y @highway_hunni ! Kismet at its fucking finest, I hope the rest of your travels were beautiful as hell. & April when you’re ready for my hand in lavender marriage, I’m dead ass. ❤️

& finally s/o to my partner in gay-crime @de_minin, ilysm & wouldn’t have wanted to make this excursion w/ anyone else.

Welcome to Discoteca Distópico.

F.F.S. makes her Canadian debut with a live set of dark, sweaty, booty-shaking electronics. Don’t be the person who hears about it after.

Joining the bill is Miñin, delivering a DJ set guaranteed to turn the room upside down.

Holding it down locally: Rivalled Envy (finally back!!) and Bad Faith Actor bringing the dark vibes 😈

Kicking off the night: Mickey Dagger b2b Uñas. If you know, you know.

🎟️ August 15. Presale link in bio.

Alan Harman (live)

@aalan_harman is a Canadian coldwave artist known for his entirely analog live recording process and dedication to a bleak, immersive sound. Raised in a small town infamous for its unusually high levels of radiation in the soil, Harman spent his youth searching for meaning beyond religion, eventually finding it through synthesizers and coldwave music. Now based in Montreal, he performs regularly in clubs and bars alongside artists such as Kontravoid and Xeno & Oaklander.

Puggy Beales (live)

@puggybeales ’ music invokes the atmosphere of a neighbourhood basement rave, where thumping kick and deep bass grooves guide you through the acrid fog machine and bright strobe. Sparkling synths contrast the gothy undertone, a world where contradictions can harmonize.

Mickey Dagger (live + dj)

@mickeydaggerofficial has been performing, producing, and DJing for a long time under various aliases, shaping a sound that fuses Post-Punk, New Beat, Italo Disco, EBM, Acid House, Freestyle, Film Scores, and Techno Hop into something entirely his own. Whether behind the decks or commanding a stage, a Mickey Dagger performance is never the same twice — high voltage, genre-bending, and impossible to forget.

Ty Trap Door (dj)
@trapdoorprinting

Tyrin describes his music as « eclectic synthesized grooves to vibrate to - dubby freakwave candy from the 80’s onward. Like a slinky falling down a spiral staircase in slow motion, splashing into a glowing oil spill on a misty spring night. »

Les live shows prendront place au milieu d'un monde citadin, organisé en commerces et espaces publics. Nous célèbrerons cette ville créée de toute pièce une dernière fois afin de marquer la fin de cette exposition !

The live shows will take place in the middle of an urban world organized into shops and public spaces. It will be a chance to celebrate this city created from scratch one last time and mark the end of this exhibition!
